Ultraviolet Water Sterilisers

  • One of the most effective and natural germicidal processes.
  • User and environment friendly.
  • Easy installation, maintenance and replacement.
  • No chemicals.
  • Can be consumed directly or connected with a Reverse Osmosis unit.

Ultra violet germicidal system has become an exceptionally popular water disinfection alternative. Modern technology is incorporated to create the most natural purification. Ultraviolet lamps produce germicidal short wave radiation which eradicates bacteria, viruses and other kinds of microbiological contamination present in all water supplies.

Standard Features:

  • Visual indicator and alarm for lamp failure.
  • 30000mic. Watt sec/cm² at energy of 253.7nm wave length.
  • Working pressure 125PSI.
  • Low power consumption.
  • Vertical or Horizontal installation.

Ultraviolet Dosage

The dosage necessary to inactivate a microorganism is a product of time and intensity. When used as directed to disinfect clear water, Australian Waterlines UV Sterilisers provide an ultraviolet dosage in excess of 30,000 microwatt seconds per square centimeter.

Germocidal lamps provide effective protection against microorganisms. A cross section is shown below.
